A way of giving back to nature
It is spring and everyone is trying their best to look good and fashionable. Spring is all about new life and new beginnings. For most women this season is all about showing off their bodies and getting a tan from the sun. Well for clothing labels it is a different story, for them it is all about showing off their collections and sees whose collection is the best by the number of people who buy it.
Most designers say their spring collections are way of them giving back to nature, and I think it is also a way of supporting climate change and fighting global warming. Lanni Lantto is one of the fashion designers that support climate change with her own label (re): reuse, reduce, redesign, rethink, reinvent and recycle.
Hub of Africa fashion week recently launched The Rationale:Eco-Fashion, the main goal of this project is to urge the Fashion Industry to start thinking of sustainable ways that are environmentally conscious! Wear you’re florals and look alive, you will not only look alive but it will make you feel alive. This is a way of giving back to nature; it is also a way of communicating with your environment and nature itself.

Deleteflorals are definately in this summer, what i like about florals is that no match making is required. you just pair the floral dress or shirt with and solid colour jean or shoes and you ready to go. it helps making dressing fun yet simple and quick.
